Discovery & Strategy

We began with a deep dive into industry dynamics, competitive positioning, and evolving design trends. Our goal was to uncover what made WA Solutions stand out and clarify how their customers think, research, and buy.

Through workshops and research, we uncovered a clear opportunity: to refine the brand’s messaging and presentation to match the sophistication of its offering—without alienating its existing customer base.

Evolving the Brand

Rather than reinventing the wheel, we opted for a subtle but powerful brand evolution. This included:

  • A refreshed name and refined logo
  • A forward-looking color palette
  • Brand assets designed to communicate innovation and trust

The result was a modernized identity that felt familiar—but more confident and cohesive.

Website Experience Design

We rebuilt the WA Solutions website from the ground up with the customer journey in mind. This meant restructuring the information architecture to guide visitors seamlessly from research to evaluation to conversion, crafting clear, compelling copy that speaks directly to WA Solutions’ value, and designing and developing a flexible, modern site aligned with current UX best practices

The new site doesn’t just look better—it performs better, too.

Sales & Marketing Enablement

To ensure the brand worked just as hard offline as it did online, we created a suite of sales and event materials:

  • A redesigned marketing overview brochure, giving the sales team a confident, on-brand tool to communicate value and close deals
  • A full trade show kit including a podium wrap, backdrop, and pop-up banner, ensuring brand consistency across live events

We also developed flexible landing page templates—empowering WA Solutions to quickly spin up campaigns and iterate based on performance.
